A Colorado native with a passion for homes, people, and hospitality, Amy Corley brings together a unique blend of experience and heart to every property she manages.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technology from MSU Denver, but her career quickly took flight in the world of real estate and homebuilding. With a background as a Realtor, and years of experience in the construction, new home build, and warranty industries, Amy has developed a deep understanding of what makes a home both beautiful and functional. Her work in warranty and customer service has honed her compassion and care for homeowners — qualities she now extends to vacation rental clients and their guests.
As a mother of two teenagers, Amy understands the importance of creating spaces where families and travelers can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. She also previously owned and operated a successful virtual assistant business, where she honed her organizational, administrative, and communication skills — tools that now serve her well in running Corley Properties.
Amy’s love for traveling with her husband and family, her lifelong dedication to hard work and discipline as a former gymnast, and her genuine passion for helping others are the driving forces behind Corley Properties. Her goal is simple: to make every homeowner and guest feel like part of the Corley family while delivering exceptional service and results.

Travis Corley

With over 13 years in the crane industry, Travis brings strong leadership, hands-on experience, and a people-first approach to Corley Properties. From running tower and mobile cranes in the city to overseeing projects on wind farms, his background reflects a deep understanding of precision, safety, and teamwork. Today, as an Assembly and Disassembly Director, Travis manages complex crane operations and builds lasting relationships with clients through trust and professionalism.
Travis’s roots in construction go even deeper — he grew up helping his father in the family woodworking business, crafting everything from custom cabinets and bars to entire homes. This early experience gave him a lifelong respect for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, values that now guide his approach to property management.
Known for his easygoing personality and genuine interest in others, Travis loves meeting new people, making connections, and finding ways to help. He’s a stepfather to two teenagers, and enjoys traveling, skydiving, and spending time outdoors with his family. His blend of technical expertise and approachable nature helps create strong partnerships with both homeowners and guests, ensuring every Corley Properties experience is personal and dependable.
